We are currently seeking an energetic and persuasive Call Center Agent to join our outbound sales team, primarily focused on cold calling and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.

  • Identify prospects, qualify leads, and build interest in our offerings.

  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

  • Keep accurate records of calls and lead data using CRM software.

  • Follow up on previous inquiries to convert into bookings or appointments.

  • Provide basic product/service information when needed.

  • Report call results and market feedback to the sales supervisor.

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and booking teams to optimize campaigns.
