    We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits packages, and payroll processing, ensuring competitiveness in the market and compliance with regulations.
    • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to improve employee skills and overall organizational performance.
    • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Update policies and procedures as needed to meet legal requirements.
    • Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Foster a positive workplace culture.
    • HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training outcomes, providing actionable insights to leadership.
    • Workplace Health & Safety: Monitor health and safety standards and work with relevant teams to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
