Requirements


  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, HTML, and XML sitemaps.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization, including link building and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to improve SEO performance.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest industry trends.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    • SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
    • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize content accordingly.
    • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, header tags, and other on-page elements to ensure search engine compatibility and improve ranking.
    • Technical SEO: Perform technical audits, fix site issues related to crawlability, indexability, and site speed, and implement schema markup and structured data.
    • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality, user-focused content.
    • Link Building: Develop and implement an effective link-building strategy to increase domain authority and improve organic rankings.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to track KPIs, traffic, and conversions.
    • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and stay ahead of competitors by adjusting strategies.
    • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant with search engine guidelines.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital platforms.
