    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, proven experience with Google Ads platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and video networks.
    • Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization and target relevant, high-traffic keywords.
    • Ad Creation & Optimization: Write compelling ad copy and test various ad formats to ensure high CTR (click-through rate) and conversions.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reports to drive actionable insights.
    • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spending for the highest return on investment (ROI).
    • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive consistent improvements in KPIs.
    • Bid Management: Use automated and manual bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance within budget.
    • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and online marketing to implement best practices.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and analytics teams to align campaign goals and drive business success.
