Requirements

Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure seamless user interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve design decisions.
- Develop user personas and journey maps for enhanced experience.
✅ UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with branding and design principles.
✅ Collaboration & Implementation:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Ensure designs are consistent across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Provide design system guidelines, typography, and component libraries for developers.
✅ Usability Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback to refine designs.
- Identify pain points and suggest improvements for enhanced user experience.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards for all users.
Nice to Have:
